DVD insert creator?

Does anyone know if there is a program that creates a "professional" looking DVD insert?

Im looking for a program that will take a handful of small shots from the movie and have space for a small blurb on the back, with technical info, eg 16:9 , dolby dig etc. Pretty much like any movie thats currently on the market.

If you know of such a program please reply! :D

I'm guessing you don't want to pay for anything so I'll keep looking around. I'm fairly sure Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator enables you to do this or you could consider doing it in Photoshop...
