Half-Life 2 sets a date ....almost

Hey there....just found this and thought you might be interested. Had to re-join OzNetGamer so I could post it....it's nice to be back. :)

"While still shying away from giving a firm date, Doug Lombardi, Valve's director of marketing, told me (Chris Morris - CNN) the company 'is currently targeting this summer for the completion of Half-Life 2'. "

"Valve does not plan to reveal any additional information until the time surrounding the E3 trade show, where the game will once again be shown this year. E3 will be held in Los Angeles May 12-14. " :cry:

Yeah...I certainly won't be holding my breath either Viss. But it is nice to hear something from Valve rather than just rumours. I'm looking forward to being part of a strong TFC community again. :D
