What do yas think of BF:V?

So what's the general opinion on BF:V?

Even though it needs a patch or two I personally think it is better than the original.

Hopefully it will take off but I guess we will find that out real soon.

Anyhows I'll be playin it whenever I can :)

I am still undecided.. I think I need to improve my hardware first.

I just picked up the Unreal Tourney 4 and Battlefield Viet boxes in the shop at lunch and thought :( got to upgrade my hardware before even considering these, so looks like it will be a while before I can play the latest stuff, and hopefully half life 2 will come along around the same time as I'm ready to upgrade.

UT 4 was asking 5.5Gb of disk space too, on a 1Ghz system min, recommended 1.2Ghz.

Its ok, its no where near as good as BF1942. BF:V is the same stuff over and over, maps are all sort of the same. Thing with BF1942 was all the different maps and areas of the world you could play in. Different weapons different tanks etc, where this is the same crap over and over, Unless dice do something this wont have the staying power of BF1942, it will be popular for a time but it wont last the distance.


Basicly BF:V is EoD with DC spam.
