In order for you to join we have to see you play, meaning that you have to play a couple games with hak and the other senior members of wtf so a decision can be made.

if you have irc you can join the #wtf-bfv channel and talk to hak or commy about comming along to one of our training sessions or joining a public server with them, as commy plays virtually everyday.

it does work and the server does exist. You must be doing something wrong.

we have been trying to help you to get in touch with us. We cant give out when we play because it just depends on the day and whos online. Commy is on most of the time and usually on GA servers so have a look through the servers for him or others with the tag [WTF].

and btw having a blow up at us on our forums isnt going to help you either.

Warrigal, what can i say?

i have tried to help you from the beggining, i told you to get mirc which yes is a chat program that will allow you to get in contact with us more easily then these forums.

ALSO i told you in a previous post that commy and others usually play on the Game Arena servers.

Go download this program called 'All Seeing Eye' from http://www.udpsoft.com/eye2/index.html this is better then using the ingame server finder that comes with bfv.

theres not much more that i can really do to help you because ive done all that i can.

To play on the Game Arena Servers you wil need to download cogs. This is needed for telstra's servers. http://games.bigpond.com/pc/resources/file...game/html/15/57 (http://games.bigpond.com/pc/resources/files/browsegame/html/15/57) this will take you straight to the download page. You need to download the latest version of COGS which is COGS version 1.2.1 (the second last file from the bottom).

Install these two programs then you will be able to find us online and play with us on the GA servers if you need more help i suggest you download mirc and come to our channel.

Warrigal. Let's make this simple. There are many registered users of this forum, very few are WTF members, most belong to the shit loads of other team fortress classic, day of defeat and battlefield clans that exist in Australia.

The reason we are not interested in you joining the clan is that you sound like you don't have a clue (not being nasty).

- IRC is required for clan meetings, pre match planning, organsing etc.
- Teamspeak is required for talking to each other during games
- Reliable broadband is required

You may not care about making friends, and just want to play the game but thats not what a clan is about. If you just want to jump on a server and play, theres hundreds of game servers.

Download All Seeing Eye, COGS (required for Game Arena servers), gamespy 3d or whatever you prefer as a server browser.

We are a close bunch of people, we play several different games, we talk to each other often in IRC/teamspeak, etc. Many of the WTF people know each other in the real world, organise BBQ, movies, etc. Hell Onslaught made the trek to a BBQ with WTF/POO clan members in Brisbane not to long ago.

Calling everyone monkeys and demanding the administrator will get you nothing. This is not some autocratic company/military ranks. We share responsibility, some heading up the DoD, TFC and BFV divisions, some people help captaining a team.

The overall leader you keep demanding is [WTF]onslaught who is busy at TFC training at the moment. I can hear him playing in the other room. I somehow doubt he will be jumping on the fourm afterwards to apoligise for us and accept you into the clan. Equal to skill we look for a good attitude (thankfully, or i'd be in trouble :-) and I do not think you are someone that would fit well into the clan.

In answer to one of your questions.

the WTF server computer IP address is. 203.9.148.46 and uses different ports for different games. the servers runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It runs DoD, TFC and BFV on different days, depending on training night, scrims, matches,etc.

Sometimes it might run something else like Natural Selection for a fun fuck around night (havent done that in a while)

However, it is rarely open to the public. This mainly due to not wanting to use huge amounts of bandwidth and the division leaders usually forgetting to take the password off after a training session or match.
