I've always been wary of Water Cooling and have never gotten over the 'Water and Electricity don't mix' hump. That might all change with this awesome H2O solution from CoolerMaster. The fact you can use 2 5 1/4 bays to install the unit is a very elegant solution. It also has a very nice LCD display to give you all the critical system info you'll ever need.

If I were to go Water Cooling this is the solution I'd choose.

Hey Blade, are you currently overclocking your system? What CPU do you have currently?

Current Rig - Blade's Beast V6:

Abit IC7 MAX3 i875 Motherboard
A Northwood P4 3Ghz @ 3.5Ghz (234 FSB * 15)
Gigabyte 3D Cooler-Pro CPU Fan
Powercolor Radeon 9800XT
2 * 512Meg Corsair PC3700 Memory
Audigy 2 ZS Pro
LG-4040B DVD-R/RW
Liteon 52x CD-R/RW
21" Sony CRT G500
Netgear 10/100 NIC & Intel onboard 10/100/1000 NIC
Logitech Z-680 5.1 Speakers
Lian-Li PC-70 Server Case
4 * 200Gig WD's 8Meg buffer with 2 in RAID 0 for OS

What do I intend on upgrading to in November/December (If I can wait that long :))?

Intel LGA775 Abit AA8 Duramax Motherboard
Radeon X800 XT PE PCI-E 256Meg V/C
LG-4012 12x Dual Layer DVD-R/RW
1024 Meg Corsair PC4200 DDR2 Memory
Coolermaster Aquagate (Yep Water Cooling for the first time!)
Prescott 3.4Ghz EE or 3.7Ghz EE (Extreme Edition) 'T' Socket 775LGA CPU
Lian-Li V2000 Server Case
Enermax 600-Watt PSU to support new BTX 24-Pin and dual 12V rail standard

I'm guessing PtP!'s upgrade will be similar :) I'm looking forward to it but my wallet isn't :(

Cheers

For a first time water cooling rig its definately the way to go. I myself have one on order to trial out for a while. Note tho that its not much better than a top range air cooler but very easy to use and reduces noise. Also that they have had trouble putting them into a lot of cases wif drive rails, like my antec 3700bqe, its gunna need some modding....

I'm like the nice shiny casing. As for the actual system, i dont think i would trust enough not to leak from time to time.

Watercooling still scares me I am afraid so I will stick to my Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu (http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/view.asp?idx=79&code=009) . I have to refer to your fear of water and electricity dont mix ;)
