Far Cry
would be the pick
I have all 3
All great games but in order:
Far Cry <-- My personal opinion the best game I have EVER played, yes even better than half-life, you will get people that say otherwise of course, but the eyecandy is brilliant, the interatcion is great and the storyline keeps you interested in the game.
Call of Duty <-- Great game that gives you a feeling of being there BUT was dissapointed by the shortness of the game and the feeling of "is that it" when you finished it.
UT 2004 <--- If you want to play online this would be the pick

1) UT 2004
My system can't handle the outdoor sessions and with vehicles all that well, and I haven't played it online, but I would say this is certainly worth a purchase. Playing against the bots is great fun. New modes of gameplay are pretty good. Eye-candy is sweet. Recommended.
2) Far Cry
I am playing this on my 733MhZ geforce 2 system and it still looks great, some areas get jerky, particulary cuts to video. Time and time again I've thought ok the game is about to end and it doesn't, so I'm pretty happy with it's longevity. Visually stunning game, great gameplay. Without a doubt, spend some money on this. I wouldn't compare this with half-life which is 5 years old, but technically, visually, obviously this is a better game. Half-life has given me 5 years of gameplay with single player and mods, hard to beat that.
3) Call of Duty
I played a demo level of this and quite enjoyed it, good atmosphere, but did feel it was a little too obviously scripted, and I felt just playing the demo was going to be enough for me. If you add in online play (which I didn't get to do) I'd say it would still be worth a purchase but only after the above 2.
hope that helps.
Cheers,
max

Farcry is just about the best single player game i've played. Just don't buy it thinking the multiplayer is any good. The netcode is terrible.
Call of Duty is quite fun, i'm not really into UT2004.
Don't forget Doom3 is suppose ot be released August 3rd, Half-life 2 is expected for August as well (barring any 12 month delays).
Could always save your money for the other big releases coming this year, full spectrum warrior, stalker (hopefully this year), ghost recon 2, star wars battlefront, etc.

if your a fast action gamer then go for UT. Farcry is gr8 in single player and the eye candy is second to none, but yeah its multiplayer component is louzy at best. Haven't really played much COD so cant comment there....

1. Farcry - very sweet single player nice n pretty, multi crap
2. COD - single player worth playing, multiplayer is very average nothing original
3. UT04 - didnt do anything exciting for me - pretty polished multi

Farcry - Really great game, shit house multi though.
C.O.D - Also really liked this though was disappointed in the game length, not too bad multi at lans, haven't tried online play.
UT2004 - Liked this alot better than 2003 which i really hate, it's more like the original than 03 is. But I still prefer the game play of original no matter how good the new graphics are.
