Ok, all my inquiries have gone unanswered, so I suppose if I make a thread, maybe I will get a response (I hope). Since I am the webmaster for [NiD], and the [NiD] forums are a part of our web site, I would like to now if it is at all possible to get full admin access over the [NiD] forums. I would assume this is possible, but I am not sure, since no one will talk to me. I don't care about any of the other forums on OzNetGamer. To me, they don't exist, so it's not as if anyone has to worry about me going into other forums and screwing things up. All I want to be able to do is customize the forums set up for me and my clan to better suit our needs/desires. I know that it is possible to makes changes on one forum without having them affect any others, since our forums currently look different than these ones. I am hoping that someone will read this and get the ball rolling. Please RSVP me at the following e-mail address. Thank you.

PtP will have to sort this out.
I am sorry but style changes to the forums are only adjustable by a full administrator and that would be opening up a can of worms giving anyone that access.
You have FULL control over your public and private forums now, including the ability to allow or dissallow anyone from your private forum, plus full control over posting within those forums.
In fact the only ability you have not got within your forums is to be able to change the cosmetics of it which does not effect you in any way to run your clan effectivly.
Also creating a style for vBulletin is not just a case of changing a colour or 2 you need the ability to be able to code in php and have an understanding the vBulletin template system that is why there are basicly no free styles available for vBulletin unlike the free forum scripts available.
On the sublect of styles I usually always code up a skin for my hosted forums once I realise they wont be gone in a week so make my job easier post a link to you clan website to let me see the clours and theme of your site, also I am likely to contact you for artwork if there is nothing suitable on your site.

Ok, thank you for your response (though it did seem to take a while...which is wierd, because I'm usually a very patient person. Of course, when it comes to things I love, such as web design and such, I notice that virtue seems to dissipate :) ). Thank you also for explaining everything very clearly in one post. I understand now, and agree. I haven't checked to see if I have the ability yet, but I am curious as to whether or not I can change the avatar, signature, smiley, etc. settings, or if that falls under the cosmetic category. The reason I'm asking is because most of the people using these forums are used to being able to add whatever they wish as an avatar or signature, which makes it more personalized and comfortable (which I'm sure you understand already). I would of course make sure they don't go overboard, for example using large pics or extremely complex gif animations for avatars and signatures and such. If anyone did, I would delete it (if I could) or ask them to change it. Ok, well, here's a link to the site. It's a pretty basic layout (neon green on black background, with Comic Sans MS as the font base), and if you require any pics or such for title banners or anything, I would be happy to create and supply you with those. Just let me know. You can keep in touch with me easiest by e-mailing me at the following address. Once again, thanks for all your help. TTFN!

Ok, I'm not sure if you changed my access level within the NiD forums, but now I can't seem to delete or edit posts at all. All I have are the options to mass-prune and a couple other things, but when I try to use them, it says I don't have access. So, basically, I can't do anything now. Please help!
