I had a Router go AWOL on me last night and usually just a simple matter of powering it on/off to rectify it. Well it didn't fix the problem so I wanted to check the config of the Router using the Router Config CD. I tried absolutely everything I could think of to rectify the problem and no matter what I kept getting 'Limited or No connectivity' for the NIC connected to the Router. Wierd. What was even stranger, I couldn't read the Netgear Config CD - WTF? As a testament to the KISS principle (Keep It Simple Stupid) you should always check the most obvious things first. Upon closer examination of the Netgear Config CD it had a nice big split right through it :P Well that explained that!
My request is - does anyone have a Netgear FR114P Router config CD they could either copy for me or upload the contents of to the Net. I can't imagine it'd be that big although I can't check for obvious reasons (My CD is cactus). Fortunately I have a backup Router that will get me by.
