Speaking of presents I bought myself a set of Logitech Z-680's yesterday. Bang for buck these speakers are astounding value and come with a built-in 5.1 Decoder and enough inputs so you can hook up 2 Coaxial and 2 Digital Sources (PS2, XBOX, DVD Player, MD Player for instance). At $560:00 (And pretty much $750:00 - $800:00 everywhere else) they are a comparitive bargain. Computer & Parts Land in Notting Hill (Melbourne near Mt Waverley) have them at the best price I've seen in town.

This leads me to the 2nd set of speakers I was running for about 6 months until a MIDI system replaced them (As I was doing some mixing/recording/vinyl dubs). These are the Klipsch Promedia 4.1's. You can read the best review on the Net here:

The speakers I've had for about 11 months and cost me $700:00 when new. They are a beautiful set of Multimedia speakers and I can say your gaming (Or MP3's) will never be the same again. They were also the first Multimedia Speakers to ever be THX Certified. If you want to upgrade your speakers to a premium set (With Subwoofer) then drop me a line in ICQ #29991564 or PM me. The price is $300:00 and they are in pristine condition with manual and original packaging (As I do with everything I sell). As they are a HEAVY set of speakers I'm only offering this to Melbourne Gamers as they would be extremely expensive to post (Unless you want to take an Interstate trip of course!).

So if you're interested please give me a buzz.

Cheers
