high ping

hey all

could anyone help me out. when i play in the servers latley i have been
getting a very high ping sometimes over 1000 at times and i cant even move
i am with telstra adsl the 512 connection would anyone have any ideas what i
can do to fix this problem

i am king of ping,
master of virus,
and seem to have everything going wrong with my computer at once!

couple things could also be the problem OTHER than virus... which is probably what you have.


firewall?
have people d/l off your comp while you play?
or hacking?
you got slow shitty computer?

these are just a few of the things i looked into before i discovered that i was beeing hacked into for 2 days straight and had a nice little virus.

in my oppinion .. get cable, new computer and awsome graphics card, and all your problems will dissapear. unless of couse if i send you an email or something.

recent norton virus scan results:

16 files infected
13 of those iles quarantined
1 file deleted
2 files could not be deleted or quarantined.
