OzNetgamer upgrade

I have upgraded to the latest version of vBulletin and I took the opportunity to give it an up to date facelift as well, hope you like it ;)

There will also be some other changes happening over the next few weeks which I will post about as the times grows closer.

You will notice the signature system has been shutdown as the upgrade has broken some code I had in place, I am re doing all this as we speak and a new signature system will be put in place shortly.

Very bloody nice PtP, we just got wireless broadband in the camp at work and this is the first place I looked...........well done......... 8)
