After a few days of steam

Just for interest sake I DL'ed the new 700+meg install everything steam and threw it on my second computer after I uninstalled all HL and was up playing TFC in 5 mins, All the problems were revolved around chocking of the network the first few days with everyone hitting it but it is so sweet now.

I must say I am quiet impressed overall with steam/new tfc1.6, The network code without doubt is so much better also running at 1280x1024 32bit mode looks SOOOO sweet, GG valve it has renued a dieing interest in a game I have played for years.

Its all looking good and im sure the servers will fill up.

ya im lovin steam, just having a problem atm where i cant log into friends outside of playing a game ....

the friends network was being a bit dodgy, some people were having probs logging in
i agree with you ptp, steam and tfc are great now :D
