this has an attached file, update349.exe
if you recieve this email delete is straight away, DO NOT open the attatchment, it is not from microsoft, it has been fowarded to you from someone else (without them knowing) who has your email address in their address book and who has installed the 'update' which is a virus
if you do recieve this, you might want to look at who it came from, so you can tell them that they have this virus w32/swen.a
if you are fortunate enough to have norton antivirus it will delete the attatched file with the virus (like it did for me)
