In previous versions of Half-Life, including patch 1.1.1.1 there has been a copy of HLTV in your c:\sierra\half-life folder..
Since steam, an HLTV.exe no longer exists.. does anyone know where i can download a steam-compatible copy from? Otherwise I might try extracting a copy from a win32 server version.
